I now understand my condition a lot better and more than ever before. I am learning to challenge my anxiety, and have rediscovered the drive to overcome it. I am allowing myself to feel positive. To smile and actually enjoy the Jesus – The Original Firefighter – Keeping People From Burning For 2000 Year Shirt. I still have tough days, and imagine I always will. But I feel I can get through them and deal with them, especially with the help of people around me.
