I have been on Thou Shall Not Poop In The Camper shirt for the last year but because it is so expensive my refill is being reviewed and if they decide against it, well frankly I’m screwed because it is the only thing that has helped a little. I’ve tried vigil, low dose of concerta. Tried natural means, specifically using the maca root. I also take cymbalta bit not for this. I’m still so very tired. It suck that I can just get thru the day to work then I come home and I’m wiped out.
