When I was in high school I rescued a neglected beagle pup down the street. They had him chained to a stump all the time in full sun, no food or water. His poor little ribs were sticking out. When I took him to the Pikapool gotta kill ’em all I shirt. The owners came looking for him so we had to find a new home for him quick, but did and he went to live on a farm with a family who loved and cared for him so it all ended well. Don’t regret it a minute!
