I had a manager at my first job who banned a handful of customers because they were abusing the I tried to be a good girl but then the Bonfire was lit and there was Guinness shirt. I remember a person saying to me, well, if you pay people minimum wage, you get minimum wage service. Manager came straight up to the counter and told her to enjoy that pizza and that we will not serve her in the future. He was such a good manager.
