I think there should be a form of mandatory service of some sort like USA Proud Coast Guard Husband USA Flag Military shirt or going out with Peace Corps. Maybe the reserves. Military conscription should only be a last resort. As in WW3 last resort. There’s a solution that doesn’t involve the draft to bring the numbers back up in the ranks, dip into the reserves more often.
