I remember the first time the Never mind the dogs beware of wife shirt . They were 5 and 6. David and I had agreed not to have dogs so the answer was always no. Even though we said no they never stopped asking, and even Rebecca a couple years ago put a sign outside her bedroom “Beware of Dog” and she wrote underneath “coming soon”. Every friend that saw that sign asked “Are you getting a dog?” Rebecca answer was “No, but the sign is by faith because we are praying about it”.
